Store Pick Up

Order Preparation ​​

All Pick Up orders are prepared during business hours:

​

  • Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm

  • Saturday: Closed

  • Sunday: 9:30am – 6:00pm

We do our best to have your order ready within 24 hours. If you require your order urgently, please let us know by replying to your confirmation email or sending a text to 0450 128 888.

Pick Up Confirmation & Location​​

Please wait until you receive a confirmation email stating that your order is READY FOR PICK UP before visiting the store. Bring a copy of this email with you as proof of purchase so we can verify your order number.

​

If someone else will collect your order on your behalf, please reply to your confirmation email with their full name. They must bring the Ready for Pick Up email with them at collection.

Uncollected Orders​​

Orders will be held for up to 30 days from the date your Ready for Pick Up email is sent. In special circumstances, we may extend the holding period to a maximum of 90 days upon request.

​

If an order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be considered uncollected and returned to stock or disposed of in line with A2Z Nails & Beauty Supply’s internal policy. In such cases:

​

  • A refund will be issued as store credit (this avoids the $10 restocking fee).

  • If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, this will be processed according to our refund policy, with applicable restocking fees deducted.

Changing to Shipping​​

If you are unable to collect your order, you can request to switch to shipping by contacting us via email or phone. Shipping fees will apply:

​

  • Orders can be shipped individually at standard rates.

  • Alternatively, orders can be combined with a new purchase, with shipping fees recalculated accordingly.

​
