Shipping & Delivery

Welcome to A2Z Beauty & Nail Supply. We are committed to ensuring your shopping and delivery experience is smooth, reliable, and transparent. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders, including special cases, so you know exactly what to expect.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Australia only.

If you wish to arrange international delivery, please contact us with the following details:

  • Product information (link and quantity)

  • Preferred shipping method (standard or express)

  • Destination address

Once received, we will provide a quote from our shipping carrier and create a custom order for you.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Methods

Our main method of delivery is Australia Post, however for larger orders we may use a different shipping method and may require greater cost so contact us here for any inquiries:

  • Australia Post: Most orders are shipped through Australia Post.

  • TNT (Dangerous Goods): Products classified as dangerous goods (e.g., large volumes of Acetone, Alcohol) are shipped via TNT’s specialised service to ensure compliance and safety.

  • PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers: We ship to both. If using a Parcel Locker, please provide the street address of the locker. Note: dangerous goods cannot be delivered to Parcel Lockers.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated from dispatch, not the date of purchase.

Standard Orders:

  • Under $150:

    • Standard: $10 (2–8 business days)

    • Express: $15 (1–3 business days)

  • $150–$300:

    • Standard: Free​

    • Express: $15

  • Over $300:

    • Standard: Free

    • Express: Free

Dangerous Goods (e.g., Acetone, Alcohol in bulk):

  • Additional +$50 fee

  • Shipped separately via TNT

  • If your order contains both dangerous goods and regular items, shipping fees are applied separately (e.g., $50 for dangerous goods + $10 for regular = $60).

  • If you want your regular items shipped Express, please place them as a separate order.

Heavy or Oversized Items (over 1 gallon or exceeding courier limits):

  • Standard: +$15

  • Express: +$25

If a heavy/oversized item is purchased on its own, only the oversized fee applies.

Rural & Remote Deliveries: Delivery may take longer than standard timeframes.

Shipping Methods

Customer Responsibility:

Please ensure you provide a full and accurate delivery address, including house number, street name, unit/apartment (if applicable), suburb, and postcode. We recommend using an address where someone is available during business hours (Mon–Fri).

If no one is present, your parcel may be redirected to a collection point and a card will be left.

Address Validation:

We use an automated system to validate addresses. If discrepancies are found (e.g., postcode mismatch, invalid street number), we may contact you to confirm details before dispatch.

If we cannot verify your address and do not receive a response, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Returned, Undeliverable, or Lost Orders

Return-to-Sender (RTS) Causes:

Orders may be returned if:

  • Recipient is unavailable

  • Address is incorrect or incomplete

  • Delivery is refused

In these cases, A2Z Beauty & Nail Supply is not responsible for the original shipping cost.

Return & Redelivery Fees:

  • RTS fee: $10

  • Redelivery fee: $10
    (Exact fees may vary depending on courier policy.)

Refunds for Returned Orders:

  • Refund to original payment: Original shipping fee + $10 RTS fee + $10 restocking fee will be deducted.

  • Refund as store credit: No restocking fee, and we cover the RTS fee. Credit will equal the product value (excluding shipping).

Lost or Stolen Parcels (after delivery confirmation):

​Once a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the courier, we cannot accept liability for loss or theft. However, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier if there is evidence of mishandling in transit.

Resolution Process:

If your parcel is returned, we will contact you within 5 business days of receiving notice. Options may include:

  • Redelivery to a new/corrected address (redelivery fees apply).

  • Showroom Pick Up (Free): 52 McKechnie St, St Albans VIC 3021.

    • Mon–Fri: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM

    • Sat: CLOSED

    • Sun: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Refund (with applicable deductions).

  • Store Credit (preferred option, with fee exemptions).

Unresponsive Customers:

If we do not hear back from you within 30 business days, the order will be considered unresolvable and returned to stock or disposed of. In this case:

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit (no RTS/restocking fees applied).

  • If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, RTS and restocking fees will be deducted as per policy.

Order Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number. You can track it directly via the link provided or through Australia Post’s portal:
